Based in the Vale of Glamorgan, this work brings together locally sourced wood, practical craftsmanship and a long-standing interest in engineering, materials and design.

The maker is a local craftsman with a background in industrial design, trained at Loughborough University, who continues to explore how different materials interact — combining function, simplicity and character in pieces designed to be used, displayed and enjoyed.

There is also a deep fascination with champagne and the celebrations it marks. The caps are often too good, too distinctive and too full of memory to throw away. These pieces give those small details a proper place — turning moments of celebration into something lasting.

Further products are also in development, including new pieces using resin to explore colour, depth, texture and the relationship between natural and finished materials.
